What I do is help them become excellent leaders and create high performing teams around them by achieving clarity about their goals, improved relationships with their team and clearer communication. Through an intensive 3 – 6 month coaching program, I help them set goals to close the gap between the manager they are now and the manager they would like to be. A powerful process called Inquiry Based Stress Reduction (also known as The Work) helps them navigate stressful situations so that they can manage their professional lives with much greater clarity and confidence.
